3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information and requirements for their projects.

  • Clients are responsible for testing and approving the final product within the agreed timeframe.

  • Delays in communication or incomplete requirements may affect delivery timelines.

4. Payment Terms

  • All services are subject to prior quotation and agreement.

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule (e.g., advance, milestones, or post-delivery).

  • Delays in payment may result in suspension of services or withholding of deliverables.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All custom-developed software, unless otherwise stated, becomes the property of the client upon full payment.

  • ASI ELECTRONICS & IT SOLUTIONS retains the right to showcase non-confidential work for portfolio purposes unless explicitly restricted by the client.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All project-related data and discussions are treated as confidential and are not shared with third parties without your consent.

7. Warranty & Support

  • We provide a limited post-delivery support period (usually 15–30 days, unless otherwise agreed).

  • This support covers bug fixes and minor updates. Major changes or new features will be billed separately.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of project completion.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

  • Loss of data or business interruptions due to third-party services or client-side issues.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services in case of:

  • Breach of these terms by the client

  • Non-payment of dues

  • Illegal or unethical use of our software or systems

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Depalpur, Punjab.
