1. Digital Delivery
Since ASI ELECTRONICS & IT SOLUTIONS primarily deals in software development, IT services, and digital products, most of our deliveries are made electronically.
- Software, licenses, reports, and documentation are delivered via email, cloud storage links, or direct server access, depending on the service.
- You will receive your digital delivery within the agreed project timeline or as specified in the service agreement.
2. Physical Delivery (if applicable)
In rare cases where physical items (e.g., hardware installations, printed documents, or software on USBs/CDs) are provided:
- Delivery is only available within Pakistan, and we use local courier services.
- Delivery times may vary by location but are usually 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping charges, if any, will be communicated in advance.
3. Shipping Confirmation
For digital products:
- You will receive a confirmation message or email once the product has been sent.
For physical products:
- You will receive a tracking number and courier details, if applicable.
4. Incorrect Email or Address
Please ensure that your contact details (especially email or delivery address) are correct. ASI ELECTRONICS & IT SOLUTIONS is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the client.
